BRANDING
Annual Passholders (APs) represent a significant chunk of visitation to the Disneyland Resort, and being an AP has become a sort of social currency among Disney fans. They know everything about visiting the parks, and they continue to visit to see what’s new. AP Magic is a program dedicated to going above and beyond for Passholders, whether it be exclusive merchandise or a chance to experience a new attraction before anyone else. In developing the branding for this new program, we ensured that the new identity worked alongside the already-established Passholder style, and we came up with a suite of logos that pay homage to the welcome magnet that Passholders received when they purchased their pass.
The AP Program was sunset in January 2021, so unfortunately AP Magic was only live for about 2 weeks before Disneyland closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
